I would call around to SIP providers get 1 line and set up some extensions in ElastixĤ. If you set it up yourself using something like Elastix it can be completely free in house except when you want to make external calls. We are doing away with Cisco I'm probably going to look at Yealink they would be perfect for home.ģ. At one of our remote offices we have 95 Cisco phones and I can't stand them. Navigate to the “Termination” tab and enable the termination status.Disable encryption as the type of encryption offered is not supported by 3CX. Set a name for your voice connector and select your AWS region.To create a new voice connector, go to the “Voice Connectors” tab and click the “Create new voice connector” button.After a few seconds your number(s) should be visible under the “Inventory” tab. Select the desired number(s) and click the “Provision” button. The next page allows you to search for phone numbers via location, area code, state and city.On the next screen select the “Voice Connector” option and click “Next”.Go to the “Orders” tab and click the “Provision phone numbers” option.Click on the link and navigate to “Phone number management”. Locate the Amazon Chime service which can be found under the Business Applications section in the Services list of your AWS account.Following, are the basic steps needed to create a trunk and add it to your 3CX PBX.
